Not so eggless morning meals, you would never know.

I have expressed before, that I just am not fond of eggs every morning for breakfast.  So finding new ways to express my eggs has been very fun and exciting.  I know eggs are extremely important part of the protein.

 

Cream of no wheat cereal

So this is the cereal.  It is really good and its made with EGGS.  Here is how to prepare: In a small bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1/3 cup of coconut milk, 1Tablespoons of   Pyure,   1/2 tsp maple extract 1/4 tsp of rum extract and 1/3 tsp of sea salt. In a saucepan, melt 1 TB of coconut oil and add the egg mixture.  Cook until thickens and forms a small curd, to almost scrambled eggs.

Place in serving bowl.  In a separate small bowl whisk together 1 TB of coconut butter,  1 Tb of coconut oil, 1 tsp of Pyrue, 1/2 tsp maple extract, 1/4 tsp of rum extract and a pinch of sea salt.  Microwave till melted and pour over scrambled egg mixture.

This sounds very weird, I am learning eggs are very versatile to what you can add to them.  Sweet or salty to herb you can create anything with a little love.
