Summertime Salad of herbs

Day after day, with the hand moving around the clock.  I walk past my computer; it’s speaking to me.  “Come, Come and express your fingers on my lap.”  Okay, that can be taken in way too many ways.

Back to the week of meal planning.

The week came busy and forgot to take some photos of my meals.  I know I need to do a better job.  Bare with me, I am new at this.

Niccose Salad

This was: Nicoise Salad  It has tuna, olives, cabbage, green onions, hardboiled egg, capers, mixed greens and wonderful dressing: 1/4 cup of avocado oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/2 shallot chopped, 1 1/2 tsp fresh thyme, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp of dried rose petals 1 TB of fresh basil chopped, 1/2 tsp whole grain mustard and salt and pepper.

I am trying to figure out just how I want to place my recipes on my blog.  I am planning on organizing them a bit.  With having a Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert feel.  That way it’s easy to search for just what you are looking for.
