I love a salad, but I also love a good creamy salad dressing. So many dressings have so many calories. After reading the label, you slowly make every excuse why not to have it. In the case when I am preparing a salad, I like to have choices. Have a selection helps enjoy those summer salads even more. Balsamic dressings can be very overpowering. I like the creaminess. I have created a gem worth making over and over.
Creamy Balsamic Dressing
1 Cup of Mayonaise (I have posted my favorite mayonnaise on blog already)
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup beef broth
2 TB Italian seasoning
1 TB garlic salt
Pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir with a whisk. Place into a jar and refrigerate. It can refrigerate up to 2 weeks, by storing in an airtight container.
Makes 2 1/4 cups and 3 TB per serving.
