How do you get it to the right texture , Ingredients have to be room temperature and does it get refrigerated?? I am now trying to get into making sweets and everything I have made has been disasters.

I place all the ingredients in a food processor, blend. Each of ingredients should be in there normal state. As for the temperature; all the ingredients can be blended right out of refrigerator. If you want to serve right away you can, if not refrigerate. I hope this helps.
