I have an amazing husband. He is so patient, kind and spoils me to death. I am a lucky girl to have such a wonderful husband. I am so thrilled he has been after me to go for the stars and pursue my dream of cooking and attending culinary school. To show my appreciation to him, I prepared a dinner of love.
Through every ingredient that was added, the mixing and stirring, the cutting and chopping, the smiles the awe’s. I enjoyed every minute of planning and preparing a wonderful meal.
Panko crusted salmon with Parmesan herb butter. Spinach, tomato cucumber salad with Sweet honey- ginger-Dijon dressing. For dessert a valentine heart Bavarian cream, drizzled with chocolate and raspberry syrup. Which I will share in a separate blog post.
I am here to share these recipes with you. They are easy to throw together and more enjoyable to share a meal with that special someone.
